The Museum of Contemporary Art of Montenegro (MCAM) invites all art enthusiasts to join us for the promotion of the catalogue accompanying the exhibition Beyond the Looking Glass by renowned French architect and artist Odile Decq, on Friday, May 16, at 7 PM, at The House of the King’s Guard in Kruševac park.

This important publication, which documents the exhibition and offers new insights into Odile Decq’s work at the intersection of architecture and contemporary art, will be presented by the exhibition curator Blanka Marković, the artist Odile Decq herself, art historian Dr. Svetlana Racanović, and the catalogue designer Denis Ćupić. The discussion will be moderated by curator Anja Marković.

Following the catalogue promotion, a guided tour of the exhibition will be held at the Petrović Castle, where the exhibition is on display.

Beyond the Looking Glass presents an authentic artistic narrative by Odile Decq, exploring the boundaries between the real and the imagined, the subjective and the universal, through spatial, visual, and conceptual elements.

The exhibition is open until June 8, 2025.
