 The practical aspect of the Workers’ Club is a workshop centered on the status of independent artists and cultural professionals as regulated by the Law on Culture of Montenegro. 

 The status of an independent artist is often framed as a freelance position or a form of self-employment. This status comes with complex, non-transparent, and often contradictory systems that make it difficult for artists to navigate. 

 By focusing on this issue, the workshop aims to create a space for discussion about these structural challenges and explore how artists can collectively organize or advocate for clearer, fairer, and more accessible systems.
